Cannot log in.Deleted admin account by mistake

Help!
I have stupidly deleted my admin account and can no longer log in to my website.
I have tried restoring it to a previous date, but that did not seem to work.
I looked in FAQ and found this:

Go to your phpMyAdmin (supplied by your hosting company), click the "SQL" tab and run this query:

DELETE FROM admin WHERE admin_name = 'Admin'; INSERT INTO admin (admin_name, admin_email, admin_pass, admin_level) VALUES ('Admin', 'admin@localhost', '351683ea4e19efe34874b501fdbf9792:9b', 1); "given " query inthe

I got an "error" asking which database.
This is where I stop what I am doing, as I do not want to make matters worse.
The site was built for me so my knowledge is very limited, but can cope if my hand is held !!
