Paypal Website Payments Standard not allowing discounts

Hi there,

I have Paypal Website Payments Standard IPN set up on a 1.3.9 site. When customers place an order using a discount coupon, the discount is shown during checkout, but when they are sent to Paypal, the total they are charged is the total without the discount. I did see the solution in this thread:

However, I checked that file and that bug was fixed in 1.3.9. Also, that thread relates to Paypal Express, not Paypal IPN.

Can anyone help?

Did you guys find a fix for this prblem?

Nevermind my question above.. I made mistakes in updating 1.3.8 to 1.3.9

To get back on my former posts, I stil didnt get discounts to work with Paypal IPN.

When changing the template to the original ZC template, the problem is gone.
Since I only have template and language overrides (no modules), the problem has to be in either one of them.

My guess is one of the checkout pages, but until now I was not able to fix it..
Can someone please point me to files that might be causing this?
