Why do my products show "1e+12 Units In Stock"?

Why do my products show "1e+12 Units In Stock"?

my products are always in stock they never run out, so I had to put for the Products Quantity: either 1000000 or 1000000000000 however if I put 1000000 1 million on the products pages Units in Stock: displays as 1e+06, if entering 1000000000000 on the products page Units in Stock: displays as 1e+12 how do I get it to display the numbers I entered

You would have to change your database table products so that the field can take larger numbers ...

Currently it is setup as a type for Float ... in addition to changing the setting you would need to go through the code and customize any references to float to manage the new field type ...

Currently the quantity can be set to: 999999

Or disable the display of units-in-stock altogether if that number is really irrelevant to your products.
