How can I create several informational dropdown boxes for a product?

Hi all.

I am asking for some help here :).

I want to have a product, where someone can indicate with drop down options their first, second, and third preferences for the variations of music notes.

Like this one:
http://www.crystalsingingbowls.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=6AMY&Category_Code=2BAAMY&Store_Code=CT

It just sends that info as an additional note to the merchant so he can pick the best "Available" product for them?

Can this be done with Zen Cart?

I would appreciate any help, thank you in advance!

Yes you can do that - it's called the Attributes.
