Help with Videos

Hi, I have searched the forums about embedding videos, and have been able to embed you tube videos no problem. I am sorry if this question has been posted before but I was not able to find any help on this subject. I do not want to embed a you tube video, I want to take the small (4- 10 mb) clips I have and host them on my site. I do not know if its an .htaccess problem a permission problem or maybe I am missing something completely but when I go to embed a mp4 using quick time I get the quick time logo but movie does not download.
I even used full links for the videos. I have left one up here maybe someone will have an idea as to why I am having this issue. I even tried to use dream weaver to embed the .flv files and all I got there was am adobe message to update adobe flash, (which is up to date) I also have tried this using shockwave, You can see the page http://www.stressless-furniture-store.com/index.php?main_page=page_2

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas, also if it matters I use ipower as my host.
