Red X in Image box...

Hello,

I’m working with Zen Cat: 1.3.8
System: Linux
Addnos: Easy Populate 1.2.5.7.csv

I have imported outside url for product images from my supplier but the images will not appears on the page. I do get a box with a red x. If I right click on the box and then click properties I can see the problem.

In the address (url) (http://mydomain.com/zencart/imagehttp://supplier.com/image/xxx.jpg)

If you look close you can see 2 urls. I know how my suppliers url got there. I would like to know how to remove the first part. http://mydomain.com/zencart/image... and just leave my suppliers url.

Please give as much detail as you can. (I think I’m going to need it).

Thanks,
Marty

Re: Red X in Image box...

Thanks again for your help – but I still have a problem with images not opening.

The main images in the store work great. But images on the side have the same problem as the others did. If I right click on the image box then click on properties I see http://mydomain.com/zencart/imageshttp://suppliers.com/images (2 http://) –

The images on the main or front page of the store that will not open are “New Products” on the left side and “Specials” on the right side.

One other place this is happening in the Admin under CATEGORIES / PRODUCTS in any product click preview and again I get the image box with no image.

I’m guessing that the changes I made with the information you gave me would work (DIR_WS_IMAGES replacing it with DIR_EXT_HTTP) I just need to know what files to made the changes to.

If you can provide me with that information and that the changes are the right thing to do I would very much appreciate it?

Thanks,
Marty

I don't do dropshipping, so I've never used that mod. It was written by Melanie, and I suspect she might be able to help when she sees this thread.
