Weight now kgs, with FedEx module

Updated 1.3.9a to 1.3.9b and now all weights are kgs instead of lbs. English.php still has weight as lbs.

Re: Weight now kgs, with FedEx module

Please disregard previous post as issue was from FedEx module addon - the extra_confiqures/shipping_units.php changed the weight from lbs to kgs.
