Expanded Category List Sidebox - How to Sort?

I am using the Expanded Category List sidebox by Anant Bhatia and it works well. I have limited it to "categories only" with help found on the forum.

I would like it to sort every category at every level rather than display the current tree structure.

Any help is appreciated.
