Same Option name, Different option values for each product

Hi, I am very new to ZC. My requirement is, I've to create different option values for different products. But the option name is same. How can this be done in an easier way? Its really emabarrasing to ask you such question. But still...

Option Name "Size"
Option Values 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9
Item one sizes 2,4,6,8
Item two sizes 1,3,5,7,9
setup name and options first before products
Be sure to give sort orders in steps of 10 - 10,20,30 to the options.
