Text through out my site has increased in size

The first odd thing I noticed was when I went to the log in page.

A translate window popped up saying that the log in page was in Philipino..

I went ahead and logged in.. Everything appears normal.

But... All the text through out my cart has increased in size a great deal !

I don't know how to fix it, or what caused it.

What in the heck ?

If I go to my cart via a bookmark the fonts appear aversized by about three times.

If I right click on the link to my cart from say the link within the previous post. Then again the font are oversized.

If I click with the left on my mouse then a new window opens and the font sizes are all fine.

Any time I "left click" on a link to my cart from within any other site, the fonts appear perfectly fine.

Lets say you go to taogem.com and you right and left click on the "Be Sure To Shop My Gemstone Cabochon Store !" link within the header.. You will see what I mean too .

For anyone willing to take a look..

The first pic shows a translate window popping up while at the admin log in page. This Filipino translation request just started popping up.. I don't even know if there is a connection to the font problem or not.

The second pic shows the oversized fonts that am I seeing when I navigate to my cart via bookmark on my computer, or right clicking from a link to my cart from within another site, then selecting from that drop down window the "Open in new window".

The third is what I see if I just left click on my cart link from within any other site.

What do you see ??

It sounds like you might have a problem with loading your CSS files. A missing or altered CSS file could easily make the font on all your pages bigger.

I am not sure what CSS the admin page uses, or if you can specify a language in a CSS file, but it would be worth googling :smile:.

BTW: the site looks fine to me, the font is not big. Try to reset your zoom setting. On firefox you press Ctrl + 0 or goto View > Zoom > Reset

CSS is over my pay grade !

I did try the Zoom settings.. No change though.

This is so weird !

It is comforting that everyone else seems to be seeing normal sized fonts as in the last image of my previous post.

It sure is me !

It only happens in FireFox... The only text adjustment I see is the zoom. When I try to reduce the font size from there, by the time I get the font size down within the page, the text in the side bar is of microscopic size !

Ever time I "zoom out" that side bar text just get smaller and smaller. Way too small in proportion to the newly "zoomed out" text in the main body of the site.

I better check with Firefox...

Well just to report back for future viewers.

I had to change/reduce my Firefox font dimensions within tools-->options-->contents-->advanced

Geeezz... Easy fix ! :smile:
