E-mail: Send copy of ALL outgoing e-mails to email address?

Hi guys & gals,

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, I'm new to the whole ZC thing :)

A friend of mine runs a shop powered by ZC, and wants to have all outgoing e-mails sent by the ZC installation to forward a copy of said sent e-mail to a specific e-mail address. I know there's that functionality in the E-Mail Options screen, but those addresses are already filled in, so it would be in addition to those e-mail addresses set there. I hope this makes sense :D

In all those "already filled in" fields, you can add more email addresses simply by following the pattern described in the help text next to the input box where type in the email addresses.
