Im useing zen cart 1.38 How do you remove the product discrption from the top of every page? any help would be greatly apericated

What do you mean by product description.....Are you talking about the product_info page? This usually can be done by editing tpl_product_info_display.php

This usually can be done by editing tpl_product_info_display.php if I have a product catagory called parts when I click on it at the top of the parts page it will say parts if I have one called info it will say info i just want to remove those from every page

Unless you're talking about the breadcrumbs, adding this to the bottom of your stylesheet should do it:
#productListHeading {display:none;}
