Where's the classes folder??

installed zen cart again and checked all files and directories to see that they uploaded correctly.

Can't seem to see the /includes/classes folder. Is this folder supposed to be hidden??

There is nothing on our software that would hide this ...

I think it's being blocked by my server for some reason.

It looks as if it uploads, but never actually appears in the includes dir.

or in the zc_install/includes/ dir.

If you do not see it in your FTP program ... can you look in the Control Panel for your domain in the File Manager to see if it is there?

My host says they can't see it on their end either.

they downloaded zen cart and when extracting, they couldn't even see the Classes directory there either. don't know what to tell them.

Sounds like a conflict with Classes somewhere.

Not sure why they don't like the word.

I had them create a folder on the server called "Class" and "Classest", and they worked. but not Classes.

You will need to have your hosting provider fix their server so that you can call your code filenames and directories what you want ...

A filename or directory in the real world called:
classes

is so common that I would feel a bit afraid if they cannot resolve this issue ... :unsure:
