Missing review text

I am upgraded from 1.3.8a to 1.3.9b. Right after upgrade everything seems works fine but 2 things:

Sidebox review text is empty, only ".." appears.
Product description messed up with all the HTML code in FCKEditor.

Any idea where should I begin?

I had the same problem of ".." in the Reviews sidebox after upgrading from 1.3.8 to 1.3.9h instead of the beginning of the review. Does anyone know how to change that?
