checkout_shipping don't work

Upgrade from 1.3.7 --> 1.3.9b

All works fine, but "checkout_shipping" don't work (can't find page).

Someone who knows what the error is? Not possible to make a order...please help me :blush:

\includes\classes\http_client.php ---> missing
