Setup with Extra options.. how do I remove?

When I set up zen-cart I set it up using the pre-configured example. Now I have an Extras option in the menu (that has info for recording artists) that I'd like to remove. How do I do that?

You can delete the /admin/includes/boxes/extra_boxes/product_music_extras_dhtml.php file.
