Easy Populate not showing?

Hi, ive just installed Easy Populate and its just not showing under the configuration drop down, nor any other dropdown for that matter.

I followed the install.txt and places the easypopulate.php files in the appropriate destinations. Could anyone please advise me on what i might be doing wrong?
