How do you remove zen-cart template and use own website

I dont want to use the zen-cart template, i would like to use my own template i built, i just need to use the zen-cart software, how would i got about to remove template?

If you're asking how to just use Zencart as a back-end cart script for an existing HTML site, Zencart isn't designed to be used that way.
