Admin area not working

New to Zencart...
Just installed v1.3.9b
When I Log into the admin area it comes up with the menu list.
Have tried clicking on everything it the menu and it just reloads the same menu...
Does not let me access anything.
Haven't been able to start creating my shop layout at all.

Please help!

Hi,

If this is the case them something has not installed or uploaded correctly.

Whats your webpage link?

Did the cart install ok?

Did you check your configure.php file inside the admin/includes/configure.php

read through the instructions again and make sure you followed all the steps.
