Missing Brower Bar Title in Product Pages

Hi Everyone,
I am having an issue with getting my products to display their names in my browser bar. The header title comes across as the link to the page instead of the product, price, ect. I have checked my settings in admin->catalog->product types and edited the layout of the product - general type and have confirmed that my 5 Show Metatags Title Default are all set to 1 (on/true). I am using a the custom Mystic River Template by Clyde Jones and I have a feeling that there might be an override in effect that I cannot find. Can someone help me figure out what is going on?

Just in case anyone is wondering, I am using Zen Cart 1.3.9b with no other customizations (just a default install with some settings changed in the admin plus the template)
