Missing Right Side Template Boxes

Hi Everyone,
I am using the Mystic River Template Design by Clyde Jones on Zen Cart 1.3.9b and recently noticed a problem today with the right sideboxes. Every time I pull up a product page, all of my sideboxes disappear. I am not sure if this also related to the problems I am having with the browser bar that I posted at http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=154915, but I would appreciate some help troubleshooting the issue.
