remove HEADING_TITLE

I followed the instructions how to remove the following message... "Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution", but after I removed the message and a new message pop-up which is showing the follow word "heading_title"

How do i get rid of this

Do you have two single quotes here, or a double quote? It must be two single quotes to work.
