"Orders"-list (in admin) shows nothing

Orders exist and can be viewed individually, but "Orders"-list is empty.
I use Zen Cart 1.3.9a.

Re: "Orders"-list (in admin) shows nothing

When did this start happening to you?
What payment modules are you using?
When you visit an individual order, what "Status" is shown in the Order Status History section in the bottom left section of the page?
What Order Total modules do you have turned off, and why? (Admin->Modules->Order Total)

What payment module are you using? What's the Order Status setting inside that module set to?

Re: "Orders"-list (in admin) shows nothing

  1. Try setting the COD module to "Pending" instead of "Default". What happens on your next order?

  2. Go to Admin->Localization->Orders Status ... which one is set to "Default" there?

  3. What addons do you have added to your site?

Re: "Orders"-list (in admin) shows nothing

Couldn't set COD to anything other than default. Main issue (?): There where no "Orders Status"es!! The list was empty.

Re: "Orders"-list (in admin) shows nothing

Okay, so that's the real problem.

Why is your orders_status table empty?

What's the history about your site? your database?

Re: "Orders"-list (in admin) shows nothing

I don't know about the table, but I did an "upgrade" from osCommerce to ZenCart and a forced switch to finnish. There was some manual "tuning" done. I saw a netshop code for the first time last autumn, but I've been programming for 30+ years. BTW - thanks!

Re: "Orders"-list (in admin) shows nothing

Sounds like something went wrong in your "upgrade".

You can get the original INSERT entries for the orders_status table from the /zc_install/sql/mysql_zencart.sql file. Simply run those specific statements in phpMyAdmin, assuming your tablenames have no prefixes on them.
