[Done v1.3.9c] Problem with automatic created account welcome e-mail - PAYPAL express

Noticed that with the PAYPAL Express Checkout module when a user does not have an account and Zen automatically creates an account for them using the PAYPAL info via the express checkout module - the e-mail the buyer receives (the welcome e-mail) has the following at the top

$EMAIL_GREETING
$EMAIL_WELCOME

and at the bottom

$EMAIL_CONTACT_OWNER
$EMAIL_CLOSURE

This doesn't happen on the normal welcome e-mail when a user creates and account via Zen

Upgraded from 1.3.7 to 1.3.9b

I think that's a result of something you've missed in your upgrade.
It doesn't happen to me on a fresh install.

Before the upgrade we never used Paypal Express - and all the files were never modified. So all the new upgraded files should be fresh as well.

Just funny that this only happens with welcome e-mails generated by that particular payment module but not with normally generated ones through the site.
