Move ADD TO CART box on product pages to elsewhere?

I'd like to move the ADD TO CART box that is on the product pages. It's creating alignment/spacing issues with other info and attribute listings on the pages

I'm sure there is a file somewhere that I need to alter. I don't really know php so if someone could give me the "For Dummies" version I'd appreciate it!
