Changing the term "best way" in shipping

In step 1 of 3 shipping info there is a radio box that says best way. I only ship one way priority mail.

How do I change the text from best way to priority mail?

Credit Cards
A. Enable Credit Cards
1. admin panel/ configuration/ credit cards
1. click on the credit cards your store takes

B. Show Credit Cards on Checkout Pages
   1. admin panel/ configuration/ credit cards/ Credit Card Enabled - Show on Payment
      1. set this to 2 or 3

C. Add credit card images to site
   1. Now you will notice Credit Card Images on Step 2, if you right mouse click and click properties, you will see the path to change the image to a brand new one..
   2. ftp the .gif files cc1,cc2,cc3,cc5
   3. includes/ templates/ override file/ templates/ images/ icons
   4. this overwrites the existing .gif files

That put the logos up above the radio buttons

I was wondering how to put images of the CC next to the radio button?

I now where to put the info. I even got one image to work but could not put the two images next to one another

nevermind figured it out or at least a work around
