Admin Permission issues

when I edit admin permission in the Tools/admin setting it is not saved. I check them all and when I return it's not saved. if I go to email archiver tool, it says
"Sorry, your security clearance does not allow you to access this resource.

Please contact your site administrator if you believe this to be incorrect.

Sorry for any inconvenience."
there are some add ons I installed like google analytics, email archiver,... and the box in front of them stays unchecked.

I also installed the security patch and rename my admin folder name. I 'm not sure if this name change has anything to do with it.

Admin permissions is not a default setting in ZenCart
You must have added a 3rd party module but are posting in the "General Questions area" - - Best you look for a thread for the module you installed
