1.3.9 hangs on install
When the installer writes my new config.php files it hangs loading a blank page. I think you have errors disabled so I don't know the error. The problem seems to stem from the fact that the paths that were detected were wrong. I had to manually write the config.php file and the install seemed to be finished.
