Can't upgrade to my hosted server to activate zc_install

I recently upgraded my website from 1.3.8 to 1.3.9b by non ftp means and got it to work after a lot of file uploading and finaly deleting the demo and zc_install files plus uploading the Sql files by update, I saw there's another upgrade available to cover security issues that may effect my site. I ftp'd the new update to my home/* directory and cannot figure out how to access my zc_install file from my pc-browser to start the automatic process that everyone says is so easy...I do not have a server at home, I use a hosted server...here's store my info in to show me what to type in my browser...www,wncdollarstore.com, my home dir is home\wncdolla...and thanks to anyone who can help...I will secure the site afterwards

as far as im aware, there is no installer to run, once your files have been uploaded (changelog file in your docs to go from 1.3.9b to 1.3.9c) you are on the latest release. There is a sql patch to run on your database, but if if have already upgraded from 1.3.8 to 1.3.9 then this should of already been patched

check by logging into your admin and click version for the info on your site

When upgrading from 1.3.9b to 1.3.9c you only need to upload the changed files as specified in the instructions. No DB upgrade necessary, no SQL patch to run.
