Missing Links
I seem to be missing the following links from: Admin --> Gift Certificate / Coupons:
1. Gift Certificates Queue
2. Mail Gift Certificate
3. Gift Certificate sent
I tried to copy the respective .php files back into my store directory, but that didn't help. I noticed this after installing module (how did you hear about us) and (sales report). Uninstalled sales report mod, to no avail. Only link under gift certificate / coupon ins Coupon Admin.
