I am currently running Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Patch: 1::
Database Patch Level: 1.3.8
I have problems with restricting the use of a coupon to a Tax Zone:
- the coupon is restricted to a zone called Ontario PST Zone
- The Ontario PST Zone has only Ontario, Canada in it under the details of the Zone Definition.
The problem is that someone from Quebec was able to use the Ontario only coupon.
Please don't bother to tell me I have to go to v1.3.9b unless you are 100% sure this issue is resolved in the next version.
