cart offered FREE shipping when that module is uninstalled?

My cart just offered FREE shipping (it actually said FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $50) and I uninstalled that AGES ago! I only currently have store pickup, UPS, and USPS enabled right now. Where else in admin should I look to fix this?

Can anyone point me to a thread that already has the answer? Thanks!

Admin->Modules->Order Totals->ot_shipping->edit
