3d secure and coupon discount issue

Hi

I have an issue with a 3d secure and coupon.
It looks like the discount is not getting passed on.

I have set up a code for free shipping but when
I purchase an item and use the code then pay by maestro card
the amount on the 3d secure login page indicates the full amount
without the shipping removed.

Example: item cost: £0.001
Shipping: £5.00
Discount code: -£5.00
Vat: £0.00
Total: £0.01

this is what shows in the step 2 and 3 of the checkout
process.

When I confirm the order and directed to the 3D-secure page to login it says amount £5.01.

When I removed the free shipping code it still said £5.01

I don't recall it doing that in previous tests. I'm puzzled why it's doing it for you.
Something to test: does it do similarly if your discount is not for free shipping, but is against the price of the product instead?

Yes I set the coupon amount to £5.00
when applied during check it looked ok, but
when it went through to the mastercard secure code section
it said Amount: GBP 5,01

Even though the product price is £0.01

I am using version:
Zen Cart 1.3.9c
Database Patch Level: 1.3.9b

That's not the test I'm looking for.
Set a product to £3.00
Shipping to £1.00
A coupon to £2.50

What happens?

on a sidenote in this example the total appears to be a 1 pence out.

Any idea why this would be happening?

Can anyone shed anylight on this issue?

I have just upgraded to version 1.39d and this issue still occurs.

Okay, I've been able to replicate this scenario. However, the actual amount charged to the card is still the discounted amount, not the amount shown on the securecode page. So, the customer isn't being overcharged, despite perhaps being slightly confused by the display.

A fix for this will be in v1.3.9e

Just looking back on this thread,
I have implemented v1.3.9e now so everything should be ok.

i am using version 1.3.9e and i do not see any discounts on the 3d secure page being shown.

Is there a simple quick fix to get this working?

i feel like im losing a fair bit of custom as customers are getting put off on the 3d secure page
