Column Grid for Featured Products on Main Page

Using 1.3.9c...I have looked everywhere for a column grid layout module just for the Featured Products listing on the main page. Anyone have anything like this or an idea where to find it? The mods under the Free Software Addons does not do the Featured Products. Thanks in advance!

Admin, Config, Index Listing, Featured Products Columns per Row
