Display 50 options on a page instead of using atributes

I have a n item we are about to start selling that has differing features, totaling about 50 differing options. Instead of doing an attribute with 50 options to choose from, what I would like to be able to do is display all the different options on one page so our customers can compare and choose their favorite, each option numbered ie F1, F2 and then they can enter that option number as text on a text line.

And how is it going to be easier or more reliable to ask your customers to correctly type several identifiers into a textbox, instead of ticking checkboxes labeled with those identifiers?

How many of these options are mutually exclusive, and how many might a customer reasonably select for one purchase?

it's basically fro kids and only 1 of the 50 per item

You might use a dropdown to select the one choice you have. You can always show the full descriptions of all the choices in the product description text.

I would recommend using radio buttons for the attributes because all 50 choices would be displayed and the customer can only choose one.

The choice between dropdown and radiobutton depends on several factors, including your preference for page layout. Each has pros and cons, and you need to weigh them for your particular situation. Radiobuttons show everything at once, but take up more space on the page.
