Can this be achieved with Zencart?

Hi guys,

I have a client who needs a catalog with multiple levels of information.

Here is links to 2 sites who more or less have a similar depth of navigation.

Basically I need main product catalog, which in turn will go into sub catalogs. I know this can be done in Zencart, but I don't quite know if the rest can be achieved by using Zencart?

Basically within each category or subcategory, the products itself must have a product price,product code,product text and specs (client must have ability to upload the specs in xcell and word format) option of pdf download of the specs as well on each product, option of printing each page etc
Also search function by product code and brand name.
Plus client must be able to assign a new admin with a new password to upload daily who will change or delete product related content, including specs pages, prices etc. He wants it this way for security reasons.

Any ideas or advice re how to accomplish this with zencart will be greatly appreciated.
