News and Articles Manager rotating summary

Hi there,

I have a heavily modified index page for a site I am working on. The site requires a news mod so I have installed the 'News and Articles Manager'.

The index page of the site has 3 boxes running horizontally, the first box contains one news headline and summary with a read more link. The client will be adding multiple news stories therefore is is possible to display a different news piece whenever the page is refreshed?
