Customer sign up options

Hi I've search the forums and can not find anything.

During the customer sign up process, there is a section for newsletters and email details, how do I set the radio button on HTML as default instead of Text-only?

I've found it!

Located in admin>configuration>customer details>

Customer default email preference and set this to 1.
