free shipping local truck delivery module

Hi, I need to offer my customers (most are invoice based) an option to have their products delivered with our local truck at no charge in addition to walk in & UPS. any help would be appreciated.

Turn on Store Pickup storepickup and UPS and Flat Rate flat shipping modules ... and customize the language file for Flat Rate flat to read Free Local Delivery and set the rate to $0.00 ...

You might explain what Local delivery entails ...

I installed the Flat Rate module like you suggested at $0.00, then edited the /includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/flat.php
as follows:
define('MODULE_SHIPPING_FLAT_TEXT_TITLE', 'Free Local Truck Delivery');
define('MODULE_SHIPPING_FLAT_TEXT_DESCRIPTION', 'Company Truck');
define('MODULE_SHIPPING_FLAT_TEXT_WAY', 'Company Truck');

to reflect my local truck delivery etc. & it works very well.

P.S. the reason I replied with exact details of how did it is because I've noticed too many times on the forums people respond with "I got it to work" & it leaves the rest of us scratching our heads - "well, how?" so there it is.
