MoneyBookers Customer ID not showing

Hi all,

I have waited and waited for Moneybookers to finally activate my account to a merchant account and they did. Trouble now is that my Moneybookers ID is not showing up in the Moneybookers configuration module on ZenCart - I've rang Moneybookers but can't get through.

Frantic to get my website accepting Credit and Debit cards for the weekend. Has anybody had this problem and know how to fix it?

I had problems with the modules I found in the downloads section but was able to get working the module linked from the installation manual. See http://www.moneybookers.com/creatives/integrationmanual/MB-Zencart-Integration_en.pdf page 3 I think.
