Load time problem: is it the cart configuration or my host?
Ok I've made the decision that it's time to dumb fatcow for a better host... looking at the Zen cart certified hosts I am trying to avoid getting myself into the same mess again.... so here are the questions..... strictly from a zen cart stand point....
Bluehost...
Are they reliable?
how's service....
Do they take the "Blame the dumb customer" approach?
Mysql server issues. am I putting myself right back where I started?
Hostmonster...
Same as above.....
Biggest question is, has anyone had a problem with either of these hosts..... be it sql server issues.... I really don't want to put myself back in this same boat without a paddle.....
