Cart disappeared

I use GoDaddy hosting and the URL both to my cart and to the admin is not connecting. Here are the details of the install:

Status: Installed
Installed/downloaded on: March 18, 2010
Domain name: distinctivedog.com

URL: DISTINCTIVEDOG.COM/store/
Admin URL: DISTINCTIVEDOG.COM/store/admin/login.php
FTP path: /store/
Database name: dis1007711082476 (Distinctivedog products)
Hosting account: Visit Hosting Center
Server technologies: LINUX, PHP 5.1, MYSQL 4.0.27, 4.1, 5.0

When I try to click on the site, I get this message with a Zen Cart logo:
Sorry!
There seems to be a problem connecting to our database. Please give us a few minutes to remedy the problem. Thank you.

Message means zencart cannot find database for your
store....did you create one at installation..if so, make sure
both config files are correctly configured...

Yes. I was working to place some finishing touches on it and it disappeared. Should I be contacting my web host about it?

You shoud be checking both config files to make sure they
have correct settings for zencart database.

Yes, if it worked before and you have not changed your config files then the host is having a bad hair day.
