State is Showing as 3 Digit Numbers after upgrading template

State is Showing as 3 Digit Numbers after upgrading template

My customer orders are showing up as the State in 3 digit numbers instead of the abbreviation after upgrading templates. How do you change it back the the regular state? such as IL, AK, MO, etc..

What do you mean by 'upgrading templates' ? What exactly did you do before the change happened ?

I put on a different template. I forgot to mention that I ran an upgrade from 1.3.9a to 1.3.9c in the week prior to installing the template.

For instance on the order confirmation address it says 628 instead of IL for the state name. Even though in the drop down menu the user selected state says IL.
