Google Checkout and Digital Delivery

Hi all, I have been working on this issue for 4 days and just cannot figure it out, I believe I have read everyhting there is to read....

I have the Google Checkout module added in and it works great. I have added a digital download item within zen cart. When I test in sandbox, the order goes through and when I click on the "follow link to retrieve your item" link from within google checkout, I am brought to my checkout succes page. I am assuming the download links should be on this page but they are not...Any ideas?

I am using the latest versions of Zen Cart and the Google Module...And I installed the Acadame template.

Yes, I have htaccess set to falkse, so it appears to be a different issue....My orders go through and return to the success page, there is just no links...Could it have somethign to do with order status? I cant find in Zen cart now where you set the order status? Perhaps if I set that to Google processing....?

Ok...it appears the problem is due to order status...How can I automatically set this to completed by google?
