Gross Price Error in Admin (VAT doubles up)
Hi guys, I'm encountering a bit of a weird problem.
I have configured VAT to work properly and today I managed to get shipping to work properly as well.
So since I still have to add some more products before I finish the site and hand it over to the client, I decided to add the remaining products this evening.
When I entered the price into the Price (Net) field, I saw in the Price (Gross) Field below, that the VAT got added twice to the product price! So instead of 14% VAT being added to the Gross, it automatically adds 24%
So I saved the product as in preview it showed the correct price, and I went onto the website to see how it looks during check out. The strange part is that on the actual web page, the correct price, the correct shipping and VAT displays during checkout.
I have now added 50 products, and in each instance in admin, in the gross price field VAT got added twice, yet in admin preview and in the storefront all seems to be reflected correctly.
Why would this be happening?
I am a bit concerned as the client will be updating the site himself after I hand it over to him in a few days time and I don't want him to get confused or make mistakes because of the Gross price glitch in admin.
Any suggestions or ideas as to what could be causing this and how to rectify this?
PS. I did not encounter this problem before, its only been happening since I have managed to get the shipping configured properly.
