Google Checkout broken after upgrading

I paid to have my host upgrade my site from 1.3.8 to 1.3.9c figuring the process would be painless and problem free for me (and yes, my host is Zencart Certified).

Since the upgrade, Google Checkout will not allow customers to complete the checkout process. Instead, they get a recap page, showing their order, etc and then a yellow box which states:

"You Do Not Currently Have Any Valid Shipping Methods"

And that is as far as it gets. On my end, through the who's online, I can see where they are being stopped on the Google Checkout response_handler.php.

My host insists it has nothing to do with the upgrade or their server, even though prior to the upgrade, it worked perfectly.

I am using zone rates, with flat rate shipping for US orders under $100, free over $100, flat rate for Canada and Another Flat Rate for all other countries.

I checked the shipping module page through the admin section, and cannot see where anything has changed.

We also use PayPal and it is functioning perfectly.

My admin payment module shows I am using **Google Checkout Module Version **v1.4.7

I do not have a clue where to start.

The only thing my host could give me was to start a new thread in the Google forums, but as we all know, responses are few and far between and slow at best.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thx

Wally
