Credit Card option not available in admin/Payment Module

We have just upgraded to 1.3.9b after the site was hacked. Prior to the hack we were using the Credit Card option. I have set up the PayPal IPN option but client wants to use the Credit Card option as well. But it's not on the list!

I've gone to Configuration > Credit Cards and selected the cards she can take, but Credit Card is not an option.

What to do?

The "offline credit card" module that emailed credit card information was removed in v1.3.9 for security reasons, since email is NOT secure communications, and since many merchant accounts don't want you processing online transactions through a POS terminal.
If you want to assume the risks for yourself, you can add a comparable module from the Addons area and configure it for your own use.
It is MUCH MORE SECURE to use a live payment gateway service to accept credit card payments, and probably also much more compliant with your merchant account terms-of-service.

Thanks - I thought something like that might have happened but couldn't find it in the knowledge base. I'm sure it's there somewhere.
