Can anyone tell me how to switch off hover function of Image Handler?

Now, when I move the mouse pointer to additional images, the hover image just shows up on top of my page so that my main wrapper is pushed down a bit!

Can you tell me how to switch if off or change its position?

I tried Admin-comfiguration- image , did not work
