These "labels" are generally contained in DEFINE STATEMENTS within the language PHP files.

You use:

admin >>> tools >>> developers tool kit

... to SEARCH for the text "string" you are after.

When I do the search, I get the following result:

define('BOX_HEADING_BANNER_BOX','Sponsors'); 

and it's in:** includes/languages/english.php**

So you edit it thus:

define('BOX_HEADING_BANNER_BOX','Partners');

define('TEXT_BANNER_BOX','Supported By');

Do you have a Custom template? If so, then you would change that line of code in:**
includes/languages/YOUR_CUSTOM_TEMPLATE/english.php**
