I went to the helper here:

and I am stuck on step 6 where you have to utilize the "Fix_Cache_Key" I know how to copy and paste it, but I am not seeing that it is working.

I can't figure out how out how to connect the database with the store...

So you've got the fix_cache_key.php uploaded to the root of your site, right?

All you have to do to use it is type in your URL as normal, then add the /fix_cache_key.php So it would look like this:

Teach them to shop and they will shop today;
Teach them to Zen and they will OWN a shop tomorrow!

I did exactly that,.. but it don't work.. check your e-mail for what code is displayed..

it says something don't exist.
